A dynamic Management Consultant, who is a Certified Public Accountant (USA), he has obtained two bachelor degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA: BS in Systems Science Engineering and BA in Economics., with a minor in Mathematics and has completed coursework from Wharton Business School.
Ranganathan’s key areas of focus are financial advisory and consulting services such as M & A advisory, due diligence studies, business planning, market entry and growth and risk advisory.

Shekar is a Chartered Accountant with a rich experience in the space of M & A Advisory. He has almost two decades of work experience, and his most recent role was as Group Finance Director with a UK based multinational in the FMCG space which owned top personal care brands such as Yardley. He has led / been part of over 11 Acquisitions and 6 Divestments across sectors including FMCG, Hospitality and Manufacturing, besides re-structuring and re-financing transactions across Europe, India and USA. Shekar is also a MBA, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant.
S. Krishnamurthy

He is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Dubai Investments PJSC since 2015. Has over 22 years of experience in Senior Finance positions at international companies in the Middle East, Singapore, Japan, Australia and India. His earlier positions include stints as Group CFO at Abu Dhabi Capital Group – a multibillion USD Private Equity firm and at Deyaar PJSC – a public listed real estate firm on the DFM. Krishnamurthy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a graduate in Commerce with professional certifications in Strategy and Value Creation from London Business School, SAP (FICO) from Sapient College Singapore. He is the non-executive Chairman of the Singapore Business Council, Dubai.
Shahid Bosan

Shahid is an accomplished investment and private equity professional based on New York City, USA. He started his career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, NYC as an Investment Banking Analyst. After a two-year stint, he moved on to the investment side wherein he joined GIC Special Investments as a Private Equity Associate. Today, Shahid is a Senior Private Equity Associate with Apollo Global Management, whose private equity business has almost $72 Bn in Assets Under Management (AUM)
Shahid graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with dual degree from Wharton Business School and School of Engineering & Applied Sciences.
